In an unforeseen circumstance where you as a client are not satisfied with the service of Chanakya Research, you can raise your complaint through the following process. Please note that our support team works Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7 PM (GMT + 5.30) Hours and hence do NOT expect a respond on weekends or bank holidays in India.
Level 1 - You can reach to appellate officer by writing in at appellate.officer{at}chanakya-research.com . You are requested to explain the service you opted and provide reference id of your project in the email. Maximum turnaround time for resolution at Level 1 is three days. Level 2 - If your grievance is not resolved by the appellate officer, you can reach out to the senior management of the company by writing an email to mgmt{at}chanakya-research.com . The response you received from the appellate office must be included in this email.
