Process Steps
  • 1. Grievance registered
  • 2. Within one working day, acknowledgement of receipt of grievance shall be sent
  • 3. Within two working days, someone senior will call or email asking for more details if required.
  • 4. Within three working days a resolution will be provided.
  • 5. Follow-up on the same will be done within 5 working days
